Comenzó mi viaje hacia los Hive Open Days el día 1 mayo. Cargado con mi mochila llena de ropa, cables varios, cargadores, unos básicos de aseo y un manojo de nervios llegaba al aeropuerto. Por cierto, una mala elección de transporte…
Sobre las 15:35 despegaba mi avión, aterrizando en el aeropuerto de Elche-Alicante transcurrida una hora. Allí tomé un taxi que me dejó sobre la 17:20 muy próximo a al lugar del encuentro.
Aquí, es necesario hacer una pequeña pausa.
Al llegar los nervios seguían en la mochila, era la primera ocasión en la que me iba a encontrar en persona con hivers de otros países, a lo que se añadía que mi inglés es más que pobre. Sin embargo, la mochila no tardó mucho en aligerarse y estos días los he vivido con la tranquilidad de saber que compartía cada hora con personas excelentes.

No una cualquiera, quería estar en lo alto sobre las 6:30 de la mañana para fotografiar el amanecer. No pudo ser, el despertador sonó a la 5:00 am y llovía… Adiós amanecer.
Volví a la cama y sobre la 9:30 salí a desayunar para después subir al Castillo de Santa Bárbara. A media mañana consulté el Telegram por si se había quedado a comer.
En el Castillo permanecí unas horas y mi cuerpo agradeció el descanso. Por la tarde-noche llegaba a Madrid (la ciudad que no existe).
