Carrera Caminata 5km Provincial 🥰 desde hace 3 años se activó esta actividad y yo también tengo 4 años corriendo, estos tiempos han coincidido de la forma que menos esperaba desde el primer año: obteniendo podio 😍

Este es mi 3er podio en mi categoría, es un 3er lugar, pero es mi 3er lugar más preciado, el año pasado obtuve el 1er lugar (año 2025) y en el año 2024 creo que 3er lugar o 2do lugar no recuerdo claramente,.pero lo cierto es he podido vivir esta experiencia y de la que me siento muy feliz.

No soy la más apasionada corriendo, por diferentes excusas, pero si disfruto esa exigencia que le hago a mi cuerpo y a mi mente.

Este año pude invitar a @erilej y a @danielvehe, también junto con @jesusyaguaran invitar a @abima04. Todo con el objetivo de que los chicos estuvieran y tenía presente que @erilej soñaba con vivir la experiencia de estar en podio, yo tenía la certeza de que ella llegaría 🤗 lo logró y muchas felicidades para ella.

Yo corrí 5km al ritmo que pude, y aún así me fue muy bien 🤣 me acompañó mis hermanas como siempre, para el próximo año, ya tengo en mente otros invitados para que tengan esa oportunidad de vivir esa bonita experiencia con esta carrera que me encanta, porque las personas que van en su mayoría la esperan cómo su única experiencia con hacer actividad física.

Provincial 5K Run/Walk 🥰 This event has been held for the past 3 years, and I’ve been running for 4 years now. These two things have come together in a way I never expected from the very first year: I made it to the podium 😍

This is my third podium finish in my category; it’s a third-place finish, but it’s my most cherished third-place finish. Last year I took first place (in 2025), and in 2024 I think I came in third or second—I don’t remember clearly—but the truth is that I’ve been able to have this experience, and I feel very happy about it.

I’m not the most passionate runner—for various reasons—but I do enjoy the challenge I put on my body and mind.

This year I was able to invite @erilej and @danielvehe, and along with @jesusyaguaran, I invited @abima04. All with the goal of having the kids there, and I knew that @erilej dreamed of experiencing being on the podium; I was certain she’d make it 🤗—she did, and huge congratulations to her.

I ran the 5K at whatever pace I could, and I still did really well 🤣 My sisters were there with me as always. For next year, I already have other guests in mind so they can have the chance to experience this wonderful race that I love, because for most of the people who participate, it’s their only opportunity to engage in physical activity.
