My oldest and I went to a few haunted houses tonight. @dr460n3y3 and I loved it. The first was an 80's themed horror walk-through. My favorite part was this cute young thing in the graveyard that asked me if I wanted to bone. Not sure if that's what was supposed to come out her mouth, because we all just giggled and I couldn't deny the ghoulish request!

Next, was this weird clown slaughterhouse bit. It was ok. There were some good graphic scenes of mutilated and half eaten bodies. The best part there was a jump scare toward the end in which the chainsaw wielding clown yelled, "Run, run, run! I like fast food." All I could do was laugh.

The final one was a spooky house of dead souls. It was much darker and more creepy. I didn't shit my pants but had the best surprise of the night in there. As you made your way out, there was a garden maze with ivy all over the tunnels/corridors. As we were distracted from one of the corner spookables, this ghosty in a gilly suit came out of the wall as we turned and made my senses heighten. Well played garden maze. Well played.

We had fun though. None of the princesses made it this year. I think they are still a bit 'gun shy' from the zombie hunt they didn't make it through last year.
