If you look closely at the picture, you'll see my aptly named Warrior Princess, Hive account@khaldeesi, in there with a big ol' smile on her face. This was her first year wrestling and she loves it! Well, mostly. They kept putting her against seasoned boys due to her aggressive nature and she didn't win any matches. It was hard to watch, but just like me, they believe she has pure talent and massive potential.

That was the word used to describe her. Now, I've only barely touched on wrestling and I don't think she realizes I was a hard core champion. I even passed on over a dozen scholarships to enter the Navy from schools like Iowa, NDSU and Ohio State. If only, am I right? I wonder where I'd be had I not served, but, here nor there.

All that in mind, I hope she can see past what the coaches did by giving her real competition. I also hope she knows I'm gonna be rolling around with her to teach her a few different styles. Either way, proud she took the leap to try it at least. She was being herself and you better REMEMBER TO BE YOU! I always am, because self defense is offensive to those that would offend.
