Hoping everyone that celebrates the rising of the sun, had a good weekend! We did over our way. The rabbit that lays eggs came down from his high-horsed cross and pooped chocolate everywhere! Amazing the things we eat. Or believe, for that matter. All in good fun, right? The princesses sure did have some.

They even made us all some cupcakes! Check out the cute little paper decorations on them. @lunamoon must have spent 3 hours just creating those. And what's that? An Easter nativity? Complete with #littlestpetshop pretties to boot!

And, what would Easter be without looking for some eggs? I remember dying them when I was growing up. Real eggs. That didn't cost a hundred dollars a dozen. And, you could actually eat the egg. Now, I hide camouflage ones that I stuff with money. Because you can buy more than just chocolate with money. @lunamoon, @khaldeesi and @freyamber all found their fair share of loot on the scavenger hunt, good job Ladies.

And sometimes, you eat so much candy that it just completely rots your teeth out! Good thing it didn't happen to her. I hear that hurts a little bit. Nope, this is just part of growing up and an extra bonus to have two mythical beasts visit you on the same day.

I would be ashamed of myself if I didn't include this lovely piece of artwork that the three little maidens created for their grandma and grandpa. It hangs above the dining room table and I love it. Has anyone ever done that? With the hands and feet? We've done stepping stones like that too and plaster casts. Great time capsules.
