Though punished no sin I did,
Condemned I did no wrong.
Hate being dealt to me,
All I did was to dream.
My only fault was to love her.

All the good she's forgotten,
Dreams I had now broken.
Gave her my love to keep as token,
The plate she dealt was too rotten.

I made every possible effort,
Simplifying and making life easy.
She turned around became my accuser,
Her only goal is to make me a looser.

I should have given up at first light,
But my doing that wouldn't be right.
She wanted to leave and be free like a kite,
I only considered what's right in God's sight.

Attempt after attempt she made,
With my foot down I kept pressing decline.
And yes through her eyes I saw the hate rise,
To spoil the surprise my heart made me wise.
My only fault was loving her.

My efforts were of love and never to serve pain,
All she did was pouring rain to hurt me in return.
Not acting the same way the Lord gave me restraint,
Look for good let the pain dissipate.

Any relationship not working just let it go......you just have to let people who aren't you type go
