Tried bouldreing/climbing for the first time
Its a first time for everything. I always wanted to try to climb/buildering, and a friend of mine asked me yesterday if I wanted to join her. Since I already had a plan to work out, I thought why not. It's much more fun to work out with somebody.
I felt like I actually did good. I don't think I would figure it out and be that strong, but maybe the few months of working out in the gym helped me a lot on the way up.
Even tho you need some core muscles, you also have to use your brain, figuring out how to place your next move. But luckily my friend helped me a little with the technique, because that part was hard. But after a few hours doing it I felt I could do this more. I had to give it up after a few hours, because my hads have never hurted so bad. When I showered afterwards it felt like I got a bad burn in my hands, but my friend said that was normal.
I got so facinated by them who was really good at this. To climb places where I couldn't imagine was possible. My friend was really god at it too.
Have you tried it?
Thank you for reading.
