Making a fresh Mocktail with strawberries
I have for some reason not been drinking alcohol for a while. I got really interested in wine the summer of 2020. Therefore did I buy a lot of wine, and drank a some glasses in the weekend. That became some bottles in a month. But I have just stopped drinking, because I don't feel like I need it, and I also saves money.
I love cocktails, and since I haven't been out partying or at a bar, I wanted to make something that reminds me of a great cocktail. But alcohol free: a Mocktail.
This is what you need for the mocktail:
- 5 frozen strawberries
- 1 dl Lemon soda
- The juice of 1/4 of a lime
- 0,4 dl water
And mix it all in a blender until it's done!
I think this drink would taste good as a cocktail too.
I was inspired of a recipe, but changed it to get the freshness out of it and make it my own. I tried a few times before I found out how I liked it. And I think it tasted soooo good. The second one I made did I actually add a little bit more lemon soda, and it tasted fresher if you like it like that.
Thank you so much for reading!
Happy friday!
