[#22] - Monthly PWR Holdings Report

I've been busy as hell this month and had to take a lot of time off managing IRL fires. Still had some time to develop a custom bot which improves the PWR token. Now holding staked PWR yields Hive dividends.

Updated PWR Circulating Supply Chart:

Minted a few PWR more, sent to Hive account@empo.issuer to round up the number to 125K. This account currently holds ~4190 PWR.

Hive account@empo.voter has 231K HIVE Power Delegated, at 15% it's 34,6K HIVE (~95 HIVE daily).
Since PWR is being traded at ~1,68 HIVE -> approx 56,5 PWR are being shared daily as rewards.
4190/57 => 73 days of rewards (funnily like last month lol).

Hope to keep reducing over time PWR inflation, thinking about slowly using some curation rewards for DCA buys now that PWR price is at "fair" price.

PWR Portfolio

Portfolio has been killing it lately from our ETH side. With ETH at 3K$, we keep pushing at ATH's.

I'm also doing a small "yield farming" operation here. I've switched our denominated debt from one stablecoin to another (with lower borrowing APR), and currently is yielding a healthy ~2% most of the time.

This basically means our 36,5K$ debt position generates an interest which is offset by the interest received on the collateral (ETH).

Not much else to say.
