The Growth & Ecosystem Development team at Stake Technologies focuses on connecting various blockchains and other teams in the industry with the Astar Network and Shiden Network public blockchain to expand our utility.

As an ecosystem integration developer, we are looking for a talented individual with the right mix of developer know-how, a deep understanding of DEX development and bridge development, coordination skills, communication skills, and organization skills.

You will be part of a pivotal moment for interoperable blockchain history in creating a decentralized internet and bridging other blockchains on the way.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with the ecosystem growth team to coordinate and develop blockchain integration projects with external teams.
• Serve as the point of contact for development support and progress on ecosystem integration.
• Provide development support for exchanges, bridge providers, and other external project teams wanting to integrate with Astar Network.
• Develop server applications, scripts, or smart contracts that are required for the blockchain to integrate with other networks or services.
• Establish a connection with external projects and when required, lead the conversation with the external team and successfully deliver the project to expand the Astar ecosystem.
• Qualification and Skills
• Minimum 3+ years of development experience in Rust, TypeScript, or Solidity, and at least 1 year of customer-facing experience.
• Strong desire to learn about new blockchain ecosystem projects and emerging technologies.
• Understanding of cross-cultural communication in a highly diverse and distributed working environment.
• Knowledge in blockchain technology, smart contract development, and DEX or bridge development.
• Native or above the professional level of English.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including the ability to speak to business development and technical teams internally and externally.
• Ability to work autonomously, be proactive, prioritize, communicate, and function in a small team.
• Nice to haves
• Background in project management.
• Background in DevOps and SysAdmin.
• Understanding of Web3 and open source culture.
