Life seems more or less problematic to us as we try to cast back our minds on the the foundations we have built our lives upon. In such silence moment we hate to tolerate the judgement of our consciences especially when our efforts are not up to Expectations. Our further steps in life become a nightmare when the results yielded by our fellow human seems to have overtaken ours. Within this situation we find ourselves been filled with stressful thoughts of competition which induce the spirit of jealousy, a canker which consumes our progress. Life as it is, wouldn't treat us well as we continue to center our thinking on expectation of failures in others lives which the law of karma detailed explains.

In a positive way, we have the ability to reframe our thoughts on matters as such. By inculcating positive thoughts, we light our lights to bright our progress as we wish for others to progress.

Our worries in silent moment should not be centered on the downfall of others but rather a wish and respect for their progress.

In addition, we can utilise such moment of silence well by planning on our progress in efforts.

Let us note that our worries in silent moment can either doom or help us depending on how we use such moment. The choice of preference lies in our hands.
