Sunset
How hard can it be to let go of somebody who've been making each day of you worth living? How painful it is to see him being with someone else now and watch him laugh like you've been longing to see in his face again?
I've realized then that people are like sunset. We cannot stop the sun from setting. Melancholic, yes but definitely there's beauty in it. Don't be sad when people leave. We have to look for the opportunity that comes with it. Maybe the world or God is telling us to have time for ourselves or maybe He is protecting us from massive pain. Painful it is but just like the sun, a new day will arise tomorrow: a day that brings new hope, renewal and new life.
