Looking out for one Another
Selfishness kills growth and development especially when we have to work with others to see their development sometimes above ours so we may also be pulled up alongside. We forget that one good turn deserves another and that when we help others we help ourselves along the way too.
The selfish person would want to succeed alone, get everything alone and even take from his neighbor the small that they may be having to add to theirs. Altruism is essential if we seek to succeed, which is why it is written in phillians 2:4;
Let each of you esteem and look upon and be concerned for not merely his own interests but also each for the interest of others.
May the Good Lord help us to be able to show love care and affection towards our brothers and to love our neighbors as ourselves that we may be able to fulfil the will of the Lord and bring Glory to his name.
