My Friday

The Friday is my Free Day

It is different from the general practice that applies in almost all parts of the world, where public holidays in every week are Sunday, but for us, most Muslims who live in Aceh Region, Indonesia, our holiday is Friday.

This habit has been going down for generations since our ancestors, even though we did not take a total holiday, at least we did not do heavy work and traveled far on Friday.

The picture below is a picture of my two beloved daughters when we visit the grandest mosque in Aceh, which is in the center of our government, Banda Aceh.
