Reflection Hunters Contest Entry Round 96

Happy new year to all the members of this community and to Hive and Ecency platform! 🎍⛩🎍

It’s been a while that I was not able to participate because of busyness and of course the holiday season not to mention the many events here in Japan 🇯🇵. I was ecstatic that I attended a mass on the first day of the year 2023 in Kawasaki church and proceeded after to the shrine in Tokyo to pay respect and make wishes too for the whole year round. The day of new year celebrated on Sunday was a good timing for us Catholics to attend church and I was really happy that I didn’t miss it. It’s been a while too not attending church because of my extra work. Good thing that I made some photo souvenirs after attending the “Hatsumode” or first visit to the shrine on new year’s day. The photos that I collected were the following:

As I was going to the exit of Asakusa station, I saw this amazing huge new year decorations on the side covered with mirror walls perhaps to protect it from people wanting to touch it. I took my phone camera to get a snapshot. After taking the photos, I noticed the reflections of the bamboo fence decorations on the wall and remembering the reflection contest. I hope you like my entry to this round. To the other participants, good luck too.
