It seems like time flew by. Today is my 2 year anniversary on steemit and it feels like just yesterday that I joined up. I have to say that steemit has changed quite a lot over the past 2 years. It has become somewhat more stale. I wish steemit's community was more active and interested in what people posted. But nowadays most of the high rated posts I see are mainly about cryptocurrency and blockchain and making steemit great again. That is all okay but the fact that those are the posts that gain more reputation leaves other writers which are actually writing good articles and sharing good stuff get less attention. I believe steemit can be great again but not if the most popular stuff on here are about crypto. Steemit is more than just a site we post news about cryptocurrency and I think that's very hard to see at the moment. Either way I enjoyed my time here and writing all the articles even though they didn't get too popular. I'm doing it more as something for me to express myself through and share with the community.

I'd like to make a shoutout for @kristyglas who recommended this site to me and who has been a continuous active member on it! She makes amazing articles that I always enjoy reading and hearing about! I'd also like to thank Luffy and Pami for giving me something to write about and smile about during the day!

I hope this community will accept me more in the future and I hope that I will get to improve my writing as well.
