Greetings, my dears, it's been a while since I've been here, but my sister sent me some photos of a moment I just had to share with you.

This is the Concepción family. I shared a post about them a long time ago, well, about us, about our parties and get-togethers, about the cheerful and fun-loving spirit that defines us, but this was a special occasion.

The last party before my mom and sisters emigrated to Guyana. The last beer together, the last little dance to some good salsa music, the last infectious laugh from my sister @yuraimatc

These photos aren't just a memory; they're a testament to how incredibly lucky I am to have them, even though they're now separated by social media.

But I still have that other boisterous, fun-loving, supportive family, always ready to run around when they're needed to help, just as they are to celebrate.

Saludos, mis queridos, tiempo sin pasarme por aquí, pero mi hermana me mandó unas fotografías de un momento que no puedo dejar de compartir con ustedes.

Esta es la familia Concepción, hace mucho compartí en un post acerca de ella, bueno, de nosotros, de nuestras fiestas y reuniones, del carácter alegre y pachanguero que nos distingue, pero esta fue una ocasión especial.

La última fiesta antes de que mi mamá y mis hermanas emigraran a la Guyana Inglesa. La última cerveza juntas, el último pasillito de buena música salsa, la última risa despampanante en vivo, de mi hermana @yuraimatc.

Estas fotos no son solo un recuerdo, son un testimonio de la suerte enorme de tenerlas, aunque ahora estén a la distancia de una red social.

Pero me queda todo ese otro familión bullanguero, jaranero, cómplice, siempre dispuestos al corre-corre cuando se les necesita para ayudar, tanto como para celebrar.
