"Discipline Equals Freedom" by Jocko Willink (Book Review)
In this video I review Jocko Willink's "Dicipline Equals Freedom." I am on a continual journey of self improvement and I find it useful to read "self-help" style books every now and again. Jocko is a retired Navy Seal and Internet personality. I listen to his podcast every now and again and have always found his stoic approach to life to be a much needed voice in modern society.
