YOUR TIME:

Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life.

Don't be trapped by dogma - which is living with the results of other people's thinking. Don't let the noise of others' opinions drown out your own inner voice.

And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. - Steve Jobs Do not waste any of your limited time doing things that do not light your fire.

Passion is the key to success: It fuels confidence and commitment. It creates excitement. It is contagious. And it keeps you fulfilled.

If you are not passionate about what you do, it’s time to do something that you are really fired up about.

If you want meaningful success in life, passion is a must-have.

DON'T RELYING ON YOUR FORMAL DESIGNATION.

If you are relying on your formal designation or positional authority to drive performance or engagement, you may have a problem.

Now, people need more reasons than just your position and your knowledge to be led by you.

People are more willing to be influenced by those who are transparent, caring and operate from values of sharing, raising and helping.

If you care more about your position than genuinely raising and developing others, you may belong to an obsolete class of leaders.

Leadership in the new social age is a function of what you do for others, not just what you do for yourself.

The sole ambition of ‘climbing the corporate ladder’ is outdated and its intent is questionable.

THEY MAY QUESTION YOUR EXPERIENCE.

They may question your experience. They may ignore your achievements. They may criticize your vision.

They may not understand your ideas. They may tell you that you are not ready.

But you can't live your life to other people standards.
