Metropolis (1927)
Metropolis is a 1927 German expressionist epic science-fiction drama silent film featuring director Fritz Lang's vision of a grim futuristic society.
In 2008 when a 16mm print was discovered in Buenos Aires which was most of the film that Fritz Lang originally made in 1927. Bits of the film were missing but have now been recovered and remastered and music added to it. This is the most complete restoration of the film.
The New Pollutants added a new soundtrack to the 2010 Restoration Version and I've chosen this version because of the English subtitles and added music. The soundtrack can be found here: http://thenewpollutants.bandcamp.com
