HUAWEI CLOUD UPGRADE
Dear PUBLIC：
HUAWEI CLOUD will upgrade the international website on Aug 4, 2019, from 00:30 to 04:30 GMT+08:00.
Upgrade impacts:
The resources can be used as usual. But registrations cannot be made and the Console, Account Center, Billing Center, and Partner Center cannot be accessed during the upgrade. Operations including price query, order placement, renewal, modifications, top-up, online payment, and bill query cannot be performed, and APIs of these operations cannot be called either.
Please prepare in advance and do not perform vital operations during the upgrade. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
