This is another of the "you cant use this type of damage" ruleset. This one in particular normally doesnt affect much because you can still play a tank, and ranged cards, but when used together other rulesets it can become a problem

he one vulnerability that the shield ability has is magic users, so for me its a no brainer to try to setup a tank with shield, In the long run it will reduce a lot of damage
