Mini banana cake

Hello dear friends of steemit, today I share some cakes that are the favorites of my mother. These small banana cakes are very easy to make and are perfect to accompany a good coffee or a glass of milk.
My mother tells us that these cakes were sold outside her school and of course she brings back many memories of her childhood.

in these images I show you these cakes made with crushed banana, wheat flour, sugar and water, then they are fried and sprinkled with sugar.
