I think I just found my niche.

I am at the crossroad of music and sunrises. It just makes sense...

I love music, I love sunrises, I guess combining both was just obvious. It's going to require to go to bed late, to record the song, and then wake up early to catch the first ray of lights.

For a split second I thought I was alone in the universe, and this was just a show made for me. The waves are also making music, their own symphony.
Chandelier...

This song has been haunting me for years. I actually sang it last week at the gig I just did thanks to Aishlin, and I've wanting to do something special for it, for a loooong, loooong time.
I didn't want to waste that bullet, and everything had to be perfect.
It's been raining for a number of days, I got sick, but when it stopped at night, I started recording, laying ideas, for my version of Chandelier.

It's a really good, well written song. The lyrics are profound, very relatable, and sung perfectly by Sia. She wrote the song in 40 minutes, can you believe it...

What's the point of doing a cover if you can't do something different and special?
I don't want to do Karaoke.

So I thought and I thought, and I thought of a way to build up the song for a male singer, start with the basses, intimate.

Then halfway through the song, when "the sun is up", moving one octave up, and finishing the song full chest.

The guitar will have to be rhythmic, but still "spacey", giving that impression of immensity. One guitar will play the rhythm, the other will solo in response to the vocals.

The backing vocals will have to come progressively, starting with just a 3rd, then adding layers. Never should they be intrusive, just here to support the main vocal.

I can feel that it's about time...

I am mad at myself, because I should have always put that much effort in everything that I do. I can't do less than that now, it will be criminal of me to do so.

Pouring your soul into something, it's almost like creating an orcrux, an artefact that will defeat time. It's like a mantra that will help you manifest your wildest dreams.

So here universe, this is me, just do as you will with it.

Maybe just enjoy the moment for what it is, let the magic manifest itself, this is when you can really take it all in, enjoy the silence as much as the sounds...
