Last time rehearsing and stretching in this gorgeous studio until fall. It has been real and practicing dance outstande of class, on my own has been essential to my growth

Not to mention Minds in Motion, my fitness class in tandem with the Alzheimer Society of BC, I will miss the gang. The turnout today was impressive to tell you the T!
