This is how it starts right?

  1. dan@dan has a disagreement about the governance of the coin that he built.

  2. He then realizes he's lost control of his own creation.

  3. He then starts working on something new.

However, dan@dan has stated that because EOS is an operating system, he can create whatever he wants on top of it. This was his reasoning behind never leaving EOS, because even if he has a disagreement with EOS governance he can still make a new coin on top of the EOS blockchain that he has more control over.

I'm not entirely convinced by this sentiment. In fact, I've already written about it. dan@dan wants to create an ultimate blockchain. I don't believe that dan@dan will stick with a blockchain that has clear fundamental flaws. Block. One is in control of 10% of all Ethereum and 10% of all EOS in existence. This automatically means that both of these platforms are too centralized to be an ultimate coin.

dan@dan is on a very interesting journey. I wish him well with his progress on making the world a better place. Hopefully one day soon I'll put my nose back to the programming grindstone and attempt to do the same.
