Fresh okra soup with vegetable leaves
Good evening everyone, hope everyone had a great day.
I want to share to everyone what I ate this evening. ok... I cooked a very delicious okra soup using vegetable leave.
HOW I PREPARED MY OKRA SOUP USING VEGETABLE LEAVE.
The first thing I did was to pick the leaves from its buds and put it into a bowl for washing.
After washing the leaves with water for two times, it was ready for slicing, for the slicing of the vegetables I used a knife, chopping stick and a tray.
After slicing the vegetables and the slice the okra, onions, my fresh pepper then cut my meat into pieces so I can cook it well,my red oil, Maggie, salt and crayfish.
Now the cooking proper.
I dried up the pot, put the oil and fried the onions, the I poured some water according to the quantity I wanted. i didn't want to make the soup in a large quantity so I added a little amount of water, then I added my meat and okra to the pot. After 30 minutes I added crayfish, salt and Maggie to my pot of some soup.
now it's time to put the vegetables leaves into the pot,🤪🤪🤪 I removed the pot from fire after 5minutes.
My delicious soup is ready 🤹🤹🤹, I ate my fresh soup with fofo which is commonly used here Nigeria.
