ecp.dump - A new service to dump your unused ecencypoints

Yet another service in our ecp family.
Send your unused points and get some liquid Hive. Amount paid out is dependent on the revenue of our main account @ecencypoints and is done once monthly. (Check for the "Delegator Payout" post).
