Report on my day old chicks

Hi guys,
I am always so excited,when I bring in another set of chicks,having been rearing chicken for more than two years,this track record has given me the confidence to push through in this chicken business and so far so good it has been a profitable one.

The chicks are just bought are known as boilers and one of the advantages that boiler have,is the ability to grow up fast,as long as there are feeds for them,they have the capability to grow to the table size within 6 to 7 weeks,this makes it good for business.
My plan now is to rear them for 6 weeks plus before disposing of them and do a stock.

One of the most in important thing when doing a chicken business is the feeds they are introduced to,these will determine their productivity at the end of the investment time frame,the feeds had certain types of grades and the high the grade,the more the cost,so when it comes to the feeds,I make sure I get the best of the best.

So I just stock them today,which is literally the first step out of the many steps to take. There are still going to be some vaccinations which will be given to them a week later and another one,in the next two weeks.

I will be giving you the process of the chickens from time to time,so watch how they grow by applying the procedures that have made me succeed in this chicken business.
