My stay here on Hive

Hive has been a wonderful and at the same time a difficult place for me, I have been here for two years and I still find most things difficult to do despite that, believe me here is a joyful place to be, is only at a confused stage that you will call hive difficult but when you are been helped by a mentor you will become a happy person on hive

YOU NEED GUIDANCE: To be here one need a sincgere guardian to help put you through

When I joined hive, for a whole year I was just doing short content in inloe, I never knew there were other frontends I can navigate to hive and I never knew anything about blochain also I failed to give in my time or go close to my mentor @fokusnow so he could put me through rather I was always complaining of not understanding anything whenever I called him and he will ask me to come to the office so he could attend to me but because of my work and the distance to his office I couldn't make out time to go to him for clarification so here our time and effort is needed

@fokusnow is our mentor and he has Whatsapp group for us where he passes information to us despite that I was too busy to open the platform most times infact I was not following but anytime I manage to check the platform I kept seeing HBD, Hive, HP, peak, ecency etc I was so confused and I will call him on phone to ask him, he will say come to the office so that I can explain things for you

Not until one day I decided to make a move, squeeze out time and went to his office and he explained from HBD to different frontends, it didn't end one day, most of them he made video for me on how to go about them because hive is so versatile, he told me to engage in communities i find interesting but I should try to find out there rules and regulations to avoid punishment, as I began to go close Hive became more interesting and I began to convince my colleagues to join hive which most of them did and today they are also enjoying it as he equally told me there is reward here when you refer people to hive and other places rewards come from

This time I was now calling asking him the day to come and learn because I have started enjoying the teachings not minding the distance hehe! I became more interesting but the truth is that Hive is time consuming especially if you are still struggling to learn

He told me the need for consistency, engagement with friends, follow up, read other people post comment and support as they will also do same to me , make comments that will not attract punishment, to be polite with my comments, make quality content with original pictures, participate in initiatives within communities and obey their rules

I pass all these informations to the newbies, there are many things to talk about and as time goes on you shall begin to understand everything I wish you good luck
