My first 24 hours work day
Today I am going to embark on a very difficult ride...
I am going to go to the children's Emergency where I will stay and work for 24 hours. I will of course take breaks and go and eat...but most of the time I will be at my work.
I will carry my laptop and toothbrush there so I won't be lazy online at times when I can afford to be lazy at work and I won't stink up the place while on my shift.
I will workout tomorrow morning at work post it on #xhaust. I will give drugs and all my other duties.
Today however has its peculiarities
There was a lockdown because of the Anambra election and people were discharged from the hospital because no one would be there to take care of them...just the critical cases were left.
But now the IPOB has given everyone a day off to go to church. I don't know what the restrictions are going to be towards admitting patients but I am anticipating a very busy day.
Just in case you are not clear on what I am talking about when I say IPOB you can google it and check my post here for information.
Video
I have been making a video of myself intermittently today. I want to show everyone how my day can go at times...I will edit it and post it.
Of course, it is easy to make a video now while I'm in my room. By the time I go out and start my day, it will be very difficult while protecting my patients. I intend to blur their faces if they show and mute their voices...
Have a lovely week people...Finally getting a leave thIs week!!
PEACE!!!
