Camiguins unique delicacy 🇵🇭
This delicacy is called kiping. The only ingredients are sweet potato and water. Sweet potatoes are dried and grounded then fried. Add "latik"(caramelized coconut sauce) after. It's very cheap only 5 pesos. Very crispy and not so sweet.
So if ever yo get to visit camiguin don't forget this delicacy.
