Food Is LIFE
Though love is normally represented by the heart but love does not lead to the heart. The ancestors were not however wrong when they said the way to a man's heart is through the stomach. The stomach when properly filled makes the heart fonder.
There are many edible things but not all are nutritious to the body. We take more junk food than is necessary to the body. At times some food like soda happens to have too much sugar than is needed by the body.
So we have to eat but not everything. Ugali happens to be the best food ever. It makes one strong. Ugali is made from corn flour. Boil water till it bubbles then add flour as you stir till it is hard and has a nice aroma. Serve with fish stew, vegetables or meat stew.
