I am late for asking this!

More than a month from my last post, I was excited with the new foundation cards which was released giving opportunities for new players, especially players who have no idea what splinterlands is. By having this new cards which in all honesty are really powerful cards I use them most of the times.
Now It hurts my head why was up against players who has a max archons on this set if not level 2 or higher. This seems not right as every account can have the rewards but not max.

I may have missed some things while not checking the foundation cards as early as possible maybe it was sold or can be combined maybe I am the one who missed the opportunity.

Like this battle with a max archon, I read from groups that this accounts are bots and I am not convinced that it is the case, anyhow I feel that if there are loose ends when it first came out and others take advantage of it then they are gonna have some good archons for a long time in modern battles as for me I am just wondering still, Is it really allowed to have it combined???
