How I feel about fractally
I worked my ass off the last couple weeks and in the fractally breakout room got a 1, after trying my best to get a 6. Yes, I missed last meeting too because I was too busily occupied with work than trying to sell or report what I have done of value, there's just way too many things I could even report on.
So I think I want to focus on fractally in orbit, and not go to the Saturday weekly meetings, I find the time not necessarily the most productive time for me I would rather be getting work done than talking about what work I did. I think in the future things will reveal who contributed what value more accurately than breakout rooms can reveal.
As fast as I want to move in the directions that I wish to move into, I feel constrained by time and when I interject too many ideas and concerns I have in the present, I find that others are not prepared to have that dialogue or allocate resources to having a thorough and intelligent discussion to conclusion, or to my satisfaction.
This is why I have decided to exit reality, and enter into fiction. I will see you all on the other side!
