Guided Tibetan singing bowls meditation

▶️ In 2017 I was privileged to take part in a group meditation with Tibetan singing bowls, hosted and performed by some friends in downtown Vancouver BC. The collaborative session lasted all evening. It included an enchanting guided meditation involving the bowls, by a young lady named Ximena. With permission of the participants, I recorded the audio, intending to upload it so others could also benefit. The file went almost forgotten for 9 years, until something nudged me to follow through.
