My Actifit Report Card: July 23 2026

Hey Actifiters!

It was a busy day at work today. Like many have been lately. At least with being busy the time certainly goes quickly🙂
The only problem is that I'm finding it hard to not be a little stressed out about the busyness and all of it feels like it's on my plate.

It was a beautiful day today. Sunny and hot, but not quite as hot as yesterday. Thankfully I remembered to take a lunch break walk a little bit earlier in the day so it was a little cooler when I went and a little more enjoyable to get my steps in.
