NIMIQ - Exploring a New Blockchain
NIMIQ is an interesting project that is relatively new but has quite a bit of development activity. Some of it's main features include easy account creation, web-optimization, web-mining, and many new features to come. It is currently running a proof-of-work consensus algorithm, but there is a plan to change to proof-of-stake in the future. They are also collaborating with some banks to create the NIMIQ Oasis, which will be a fiat gateway. I think I'll mine some NIMIQ using my PC so that I have some to be able to stake when that goes live. Not financial advice.
