It's Time We Did Our Own Homework

We have become so ignorant as a society that old failed ideas are now perceived as new radical ideas. Today's numbskull's like Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez think it is cool and groovy to preach the benefits of socialism. Clearly those espousing this system have no knowledge of the chaos it caused around the world for over a century now, and still is to this day. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez says she wants her socialist policies to be modeled on Sweden and Norway, not Venezuela. Gee, if only we could cherry pick where things work and where they don't. Why would Sweden and Norway be so much more successful than Venezuela? I wonder why that might be? Has anyone asked Miss O-C that question? And how would she make sure that we end up like Sweden and Norway, and NOT Venezuela? Well, the simple answer is that she can't. I honestly doubt she could pass the basic U.S. Citizenship Test. In fact, I am surprised the Democrats in Washington have not yelled called for the banishment of such an inhumane requirement for entry in to the U.S. Well, just give it a little more time.

Why have I not seen one journalist ask Miss Occasional-Cortex, "So what happens when people lose their incentive to work hard if the government is just going to come along and basically steal 70% of their income, and then waste it on stupid government programs?" I predict she would then make a 'deer in headlights' look like the Tasmanian Devil from the Warner Bros. cartoons. You'd see more twitching than Jim Carry on methamphetamines.

The problem really stems from our shitty deplorable education system and the dingbats that run it. Sooo much time is spent on sex education - beginning with kindergarten! Then there is all of social justice crap, environmental alarmist nonsense, global warming hysteria, and other far left propaganda. You know, instead of forcing kids to read Sally Has Two Mommies and revised derogatory rewrites of American history, perhaps they ought to be provided a children's version of Atlas Shrugged and a copy of the Constitution and Declaration of Independence ...... FOR STARTERS.
