Scream Your Mental Illness
A pure avant gardé piece, this was Inspired by the
musique concrete of Pierre Henry.
This was pretty emotional for me to put together, I skimmed through recordings of my ex as well as my own 2020 journal entries documenting some of the things she said to me as she left me and slowly fell into a type of madness.
It was emotional, but also cathartic. I have never done an avant gardé "composition" before. I found it to be an excellent way to express emotions, from sadness to confusion to anger.
