Receta de caña con ruda
La Caña con Ruda es una bebida tradicional de los pueblos
sudamericanos que se bebe el 1 de agosto y durante todo el mes
aquí la receta:
- 2 tazas de azúcar
- 1 botella alcohol etílico (asegúrese de que sea alcohol etílico apto para consumo humano) o mejor una botella de Vodka
*1 rama de ruda (Ruta Graveolens)
*750 cc de agua
*recipiente de vidrio para almacenar la bebida
*Jarra medidora de líquidos.
procedimiento
- Empezaremos poniendo a calentar el litro de agua a punto de
hervor.
2.Colocamos el azúcar en una olla o sarten y la ponemos al fuego para fundir el caramelo cuidando de que no se queme porque tendría un sabor amargo.
3.vertemos el agua hirviendo a la preparación, luego, revolvemos para integrar y agregamos la ruda.
4.Dejamos enfriar un poco la preparación y la envasamos, también ponemos la ruda dentro del recipiente.
5 agregamos el vodka a nuestro gusto.

**PROCEDURE

- Place the sugar in a pot or frying pan and put it on the fire to melt the caramel taking care that it does not burn because it would have a bitter taste.
- Pour the boiling water to the preparation, then, stir to integrate and add the rue.
4.Let the preparation cool a little and pack it, also put the rue inside the container.
5 Add the vodka to taste.
