FACES scale : Wong-Baker FACES pain rating scale
Hello ππ»ππ»
Namaste ππ»
Greetings to all the hive users. I hope you are good and doing great in life.πβ¨
So today's post is about a FACES pain rating scale which I have made.It is used to assess the intensity of pain in children who are less than three years of age.
This is a FACES Pain rating scale. It is also known as Wong -Baker scale.
So here are the steps how I made it.
Firstly I took a scale for measurements.
Then I drew six circles with the pencil and outlined it with black pen.
Then I drew faces on these circles and outlined it with black pen.
Then I colored these faces with different colours.
Then I covered the scale with a white paper and paste the faces on that scale.
Then I wrote the intensity of pain according to the faces drawn.
At last I made a outlining on the scale with blue sketch to make it look presentable and beautiful.
With the help of this pain scale we can assess the pain in child.
That's all for today.I hope that you will like it.
Thankyou πβ€οΈβ¨
