Simple Three Band Ground Plane
These are the measurements for the 2 meter, 70 cm and the 222 bands. These are Ham Radio Bands and the antennas could not be simpler to build.
70cm FanTenna is an antenna made from a guard from a fan. The guard is about 7 inches in diameter and the vertical was cut to about 6 1/8 inches in length. SWR is near perfect with all those wire radials.
2 meter FanTenna is made from the leftovers of a standard size home floor fan. the vertical element is 19 1/4 inches tall. The SWR is near perfect with all those wire radials.
