Oh, they r excited to announce that Nebulous is raising funds to sustain Sia development through the sale of Siafunds, in so called " Tokenized Securities Offering".

They’ve got a new website to support this endeavor — Siafunds.tech, and an investor relations team that u can send an email to if you have any questions.

What is going on, why this price drop is so often?
And why investors wait for so long to get any update from SIA team?

They said this - recap the month in Github: 47 issues closed, 14 issues were created, and 47 news pieces of code were merged into the core codebase.
