Yet another rounding algorithm

Hello,
some time ago I wanted _ to develop a rounding algorithm that works just with mathematical expressions ( no boolean included) and came up _ with following funny result:
Unfortunately, right now I don't have the original paper next to me in which the steps were written.
But still a funny thing.
