MCGI TOPIC REVIEW/ Is Polygamy Allowed By God?
It's not allowed in the faith. People might use backings like david and solomon but God to punish them for they were king. They had the power, they can get as many wife as possible but it was not allowed by God.
1 King 11:23 he said that and he had 700 wives and concubines.
God was angry with solomon because of those acts. It is not allowed men choose because we're all given the power to choose. Polygamy is not allowed by God.
God does not want us to marry different wives you can call it just confusion hatred and strife and everything. It's not so advisable for christian should marry more than
the wife so not to live a peaceful life. We must live a life of commitment to one partner.
