My Actifit Report Card: June 3 2026
저녁 운동 타이밍은 놓쳤다. 집으로 가는 길에 걷는 시간을 가질 예정이다. 지금은 지하찰을 탔다. 집 근처로 가서 가까운 공원에 방문할 예정이다. 늦얶지만 조금이라도 걸어서 칼로리를 조금이라도 더 소모하고 싶다. 그게 내가 할 수 있는 오늘 최소한의 운동이다.
