My Actifit Report Card: May 2 2024
아... 참 맛있는 녀석인데... 건강을 생각하면 마냥 먹을 수는 없는 녀석이다. 다행히 와이프랑 같이 먹어서 반만(?) 먹었다. 이런 튀김들을 먹고 싶으면 운동을 조금이라도 해야 한다. 다향히 오늘은 평소보다 더 많이 걸었다. 앞으로도 운동은 계속 한다. 먹기 위해... ㅎㅎㅎㅎㅎ
