Home Gym Exercises - Single Dumbbell Front Squat
Welcome back to the home Gym!
Today I would like to share another useful leg exercise for those home workout days.
This exercise is called the Single Dumbbell Front Squat. A useful exercise to emulate squats in the gym.
Here is a video of me doing this exercise as a visual example.
This exercise is all about balance and control as it takes focuses on the whole body to perform.
Muscles that are targeted:
- Glutes
- Quads
- Hamstrings
- Core Muscles such as lower back and abs.
There are other muscles being used to hold the weight such as your deltoids, bicepts, upper back; however, the main goal behind this exercise is to work on the core and down.
Thank you for stoping by and checking out the post.
Im hoping that this can be used as a new idea for your own home routine.
Let me know what you think , down in the comments!
See you in the next one!
