First time preparing a pancake

Hey there Hivians, this is very unusual to see on my page , but lately I’ve been craving for only pancakes but in this lockdown currently going on due to the coronavirus outbreak, I decided I was going to make one, but of course I had help from some of my friends on WhatsApp, yes I needed help because I had no idea how to prepare a pancake so I had to consult some of my female friends, it’s too bad I didn’t take much pictures of how I made my first pancake which actually turned out to be great.

Below are some of the help I got from my friends.

So after collating everything I learnt from my friends, here’s how I finally prepared it.

I firstly added flour , butter, sugar , nutmeg and little salt into a bowl and then whisked it together
Then I added egg and milk and whisked again till it had a smooth texture.
Here’s our the mixture turned out to be like.

After finally making my mixture, I turned on the gas cooker and set the heat to be pretty low, I then added 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil into the fry pan and spread thoroughly, after that, I used the spoon as seen in the picture to add the batter into the pan, I cooked just one at a time as I used a very small pan.
While frying , I observed it began to bubble, so I waited till the bubble was all gone and it started to form a golden brown color, I then flipped the pancake to the other side , fried till it got that golden brown look.

Served and ate while still warm and I really enjoyed it.
